岗位职责描述及其它要求：
主要职责：
1.根据市场需要，安排技术服务活动，当客户遇到技术性问题或者疾病时，向客户提供诊断和建议，向客户及销售团队提供技术培训。
2.进行市场调研、提供虾产品业务发展建议、更新技术资料、提供产品升级及新产品建议。
3.与销售队伍及业务发展经理协作，寻找生意机会并开发中国虾产品市场。
4.与代理商及重点客户保持战略合作伙伴的关系，取得他们业务上的支持。
5.与相关科研机构, 企业技术总监等保持联系, 了解国内国外最新的技术资术资讯。
6.为客户提供专业的服务，为销售团队提供技术培训。
要求：
1.本科以上学历，水产相关专业
2.对虾养殖的各个环节精通，有相应的现场服务经验，了解市场情况，有一定营销能力
3.良好的沟通能力、演讲技巧、冲突管理能力、人际关系处理能力及解决问题的能力
